Do I need to use both tracks, or can I focus on just one?
You can use either track independently, but the platform is designed for both to run in parallel. In practice, most businesses benefit from both simultaneously — the personality track fixes the active constraint while the growth track builds the infrastructure that prevents the same problems from recurring at a higher revenue level.
What happens if my personality diagnosis changes after a new assessment?
Your roadmap updates. Each assessment submission generates a fresh personality diagnosis — if your KPI pattern shifts, your personality track reflects the new constraint. Previous roadmap snapshots are preserved on the Scale plan, so you can compare where you started to where you are now.
What if my assessment does not produce a personality diagnosis — do I still get a roadmap?
Yes. If your KPI data does not produce a clear personality diagnosis, the platform automatically operates in growth-stage-only mode. You will see your full growth track roadmap right away — your personality track activates once a clear diagnostic pattern emerges on a future submission.
How often should I reassess?
Most businesses benefit from reassessing quarterly. As you install packets and improve KPIs, the diagnostic picture changes — and your roadmap should reflect that. There is no cost to reassess on any tier.
What are Department Roadmaps and how are they different from the growth track?
The growth track shows your overall packet roadmap for your current stage. Department Roadmaps go one layer deeper — they break down exactly what each individual department needs to install in the current stage, organized into phases, with cross-department dependencies mapped. It is the difference between a map of the whole city and turn-by-turn directions for each neighborhood. Department Roadmaps are available on the Scale plan.
